Please provide the following AV equipment:
- A laptop PC that can run PowerPoint (Alison will bring the presentation on flash drive)
- LCD projector and screen
- Lavaliere microphone
- Wireless remote to advance slides
- Laser pointer if not already incorporated in the wireless remote
- DVD player
* There is no need for a podium and we request that if there is one onstage that it be removed or pushed back so that the front of the stage remain open if possible.
